A Pokémon-inspired souls-like creature collection game set in a mythical and photo-realistic fantasy world
The world of Kohara consists of nine different dimensions/worlds. Explore lush forests, desert ruins, icy fields, scenic lakes, romantic villages, cities in the clouds and even the underworld itself.
The monsters roaming around in the nine worlds are called Dweller. Those can vary from animal-like creatures to angles and demons and even straight up gods.
Train your Dweller and unlock new powerful skills as their level and stats grow. You will need all the strength you can get to get through all the hostile environments since healing is only available at certain spots and will respawn the wild enemies.
Dwellink replaces little electric rodents and cute-looking caterpillars with fire-breathing demons and blood-thirsty monsters. Healing in Dwellink is limited to a souls-like checkpoint system, which intensifies the games difficulty. Furthermore, every Dweller has a unique ability in the overworld that will help you even outside of the battles.
The world of Kohara consists of 9 different dimensions/worlds. Explore lush forests, desert ruins, icy fields, scenic lakes, romantic villages, cities in the clouds and even the underworld itself.
The Holy Capital is a big city located in the heart of the Skyworld. This place in the clouds is ruled by angles, phoenixes and other divine beings.
The Earth is the dimension located in the center of Koharas universe. It has a central-european vibe and is the birthplace of the humans.
Vinor is A nord-african/east-european desert island with a few oases. Vinor is ruled by the Sigil Rulers and only has a few small villages.
The different Dwellers come in a variety of elemental types, which are usually determined by the habitat they’re living in. Different types give access to different abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
Every Sigil Ruler can only have one Dweller of a certain type in its party. For example, there is only one slot for an ice-type Dweller. So, if you want to have two Ice-type Dweller like #004 Pexonovos (Demon/Ice) and Sedna (Ice) you can only have one of them in your party, except you put Pexonovos in the Demon slot, in which case you can have both (but can’t have another Demon). The different Team slots can also be enhanced via slot-boosters, so it is crucial to plan which Dweller to put in what slot. When fighting, be sure to make good use of the different buffs, de-buffs, and status effects to get through the difficult fights. A Dweller can suffer from up to 4 different status effects at the same time, making even the most ferocious Dweller easy to defeat.
Like other ambitious creature-collection games such as TemTem or Palworld we plan on supporting the games development with a Kickstarter campaign. We do this to actively engage the community in the process and to thus to shape the best creature collection experience possible. Use the early donation rewards as soon as the campaign launches to get immortalized in the game as trainer and become part of Dwellink.

An epic singleplayer experience awaits you with no need to worry about season passes or microtransactions. Kick back and enjoy the game while you explore the nine worlds at your own pace, bond with every Dweller and unveil all the mysteries Kohara has to offer.
HighPassionStudios is a small but ambitious Indie-game studio from Bavaria, Germany. Over the past three years a lot of experts have joined the project and made it possible that we can now develop our dream game Dwellink while meeting the high standards we’ve set ourselves. We already finished a lot of the design works behind the game, including mathematical formulas to ensure an exciting battle system and a working prototype.
HighPassionStudios consists of eleven gamers who have all been following the Pokémon franchise from the very beginning and thus know about the flaws in these games. We strive to make a product more suitable for a player base aged 16 and over, eliminating all the flaws the Pokémon Franchise carries around for years.
